“Lake Ann along Bear Hallow”
My morning write,
OLD MAN BEAR
My shoulders are wrapped around by a high mountain ridge
framing blue skies and lake waters
sitting amongst green lush woodlands
beside the hallows belonging to old man Bear and I
we sit along the shores
watching morning fade into the brightness of day
each of us becoming whole again
