In sickness and in health
What gifts remain?
I again hear the birds
And feel the rain
My Arkansas rain that
I once knew
Observations from the Garden
A selfish poet
Thoughts-poetry on life, nature and spiritual

Hello Louise, my friend! Thanks for visiting and sharing your comments.
So glad you enjoyed my writing. Being back in Arkansas has been a blessing and I so love the Ozarks! We used to live near here back in 80s, but moved to WI. We have retired back to this area. It is extremely restorative and healing here. Being in touch with nature has helped me so much. Sorry, I probably said way too much! 🙂 anyway, thank you! -j
