Day 6 – Sunday, Writing for April National Poetry Month with NaPoWriMo prompts.
Today we are asked to write . . . what is outside our window.
I sit back and watch the spring rains fall
Here rain also falls upon a first historic cabin, the Bear Point House
Bear House sits across from our cove and reaches out into the water ~ on its very own small pennisula
A most lovely house nestled into these Ozark hills ~
Bounded by Lake Ann
And its wildlife homes
Light peeks out its many windows
And fills the night
All in a friendly persuassion
That ~ it will be alright
I can see it–lovely painting of words
