Home Alone April National Poetry Month Day 14

Home Alone

Loneliness – I have real cabin fever! Gotta get outside more and walk.

Home alone
Never felt this before
In this way
Time has shifted
Mind existing
Along only the margins of living
Edges have split
Undone
Harder to find my bearings
Harder to define my space
Where I am
Corner to corner
Wall to wall
I feel
I believe
Where I exist
Here, I am
Here, I can do
Here, I can be
